Analysis of decision-makers and stakeholders

Telos provides its clients with a reasoned analysis of public decision-makers and stakeholders in their sectors of interest. This analysis is a precious tool to identify the area of competence of each individual institutional actor, at both the political (e.g. Minsters, Undersecretaries of State, MPs) and bureaucratic level (e.g. in Ministries or Independent Authorities), and assess their respective role/influence in a given decision-making process. Where possible, a focus can be devoted to their background, knowledge, relations, interests/priorities, approach to problems and critical situations.
The analysis of decision-makers and stakeholders may be useful to achieve a better knowledge of the existing regulatory framework, or as a first step in the process of devising a public affairs strategy.
