Telos Analisi e Strategie monitors institutional activity on a daily basis at every level of government — national, regional, and local — providing clients with an updated and in-depth picture of regulatory developments.

Monitoring goes beyond collecting and summarising available information: it focuses on identifying ongoing decision-making processes that may affect the client’s interests.

On the basis of this methodical observation, we also provide analysis of the current regulatory framework in specific sectors and subsectors, together with forward-looking assessments of its potential evolution. These analyses are grounded in our knowledge of decision-making processes, their timing, and the positions of the institutions involved.

Monitoring can take different forms: a reasoned daily or periodic update of all institutional activity in the areas defined with the client, a snapshot of the status of a legislative process, or a comprehensive overview of an entire policy area, including the interaction between the various institutional levels involved.
